The Marshall County Literacy Council recently had its HEART (Home and Educators Actively Reading Together) membership drive to help with the purchasing of publications for various book giveaways.

HEART is excited to announce the winners of the raffle baskets are McNinch Primary students Kierah (1st grade) and Dallas Carney (Pre-K) and Center McMichen 4th grader Maeleigh Stuckey.
